Emergency AC and water shutoff
The AC and water (hot and cold) has been shutdown for an emergency assessment and repair of a major underground leak near 3812. We apologize for the inconvenience. A separate notice will be posted when these utilities are restored.

Heat Restored
For the buildings without heat since yesterday due to the ruptured line on 3844, the line as been repaired and heat has been restored. Hot water should be turned back in a couple of hours, as soon as the repair crew is completes the work on that line. Thank you for your patience
