Due to an error by the laundry management, the cards distributed over the weekend were not preloaded with $5 as stated in our contract with them.
To remediate this issue, management will mail new laundry cards to the residents who picked up their cards over the weekend.
In addition, the Laundry company technician will be in the boiler room today working on the card loading machine until 3pm and will gladly load $5 onto your card current card free of charge.
A separate email notice will be sent when the card loading machine is functional.
