Over the weekend we had several boiler outages and our engineer is closely monitoring the boilers to make sure we don’t have any more issues this week.
Currently, GBM is running with only two boilers and due to the extremely cold weather they have been unable to keep up with demand. Management has ordered a third boiler and if all goes well it should be up and running by the end of the week, but until then residents may experience outages and lower than usual hot water temps (~120 degrees).
If you notice hot water is running cold, please notify management (301-986-4166) as soon as possible so it can be corrected.
