Everyone, as I said the other day, I’m here to update you on when you can get your pool passes.
You should be receiving notification in the mail, hopefully by tomorrow, that will include all this information as well as all the documents I’ve linked to.
Pool passes will be distributed in front of the boiler room (3830 Bel Pre Road) on the following days and times:
Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Sunday, June 7, 2015 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
There are several rules regarding distribution, however I want to highlight the first three here:
1. Prior to issuing pool passes, a completed application must be provided to Shea Management
2. Unit Owners who are delinquent in their monthly condominium assessments and/or who are in violation of the Association issued pool passes. Additionally, passes will not be issued to renters if the unit owner is delinquent in the payment of assessments on the unit.
3. Passes will not be issued to renters unless management has a current copy of the lease and addendum to lease. If you are not sure if management has a copy of your lease, you should send/bring a copy of your lease with your application to avoid any delays.
