As many of you have already noticed, Cricket has been hard at work along the entrance stairs. They’ve replaced the overgrown bushes with smaller, more manageable bushes. These bushes already improve the appearance of the community and should be easier to clean and keep free of garbage.

There will be a board meeting in the 3834 file room on Wednesday April 27th @ 7:00PM. All residents are welcome as long as they remain respectful. An agenda will be posted soon.

In preparation for the summer, the heating will be shut down this Thursday, April 21st. The AC will be turned on the following Wednesday, April 27th. Please adjust your thermostats accordingly.
