As most of you know, the board is continuing to attempt to improve the flow of information between Management, the board, the association, and all residents. This website was just the first of many steps in that direction, and there are many more to go.
Grand Bel Manor has taken advantage of the resources provided by Google Apps to set up a publicly accessible collection on Google Docs. Moving forward we plan to publish as many condo related documents as possible to this resource, providing you with a handy source for condo related documents.
I do want to be clear, these documents are simply being presented as an aid, and do not constitute “official” legal documents of any sort.
