For those of you who requested extermination services this month, the service, typically scheduled for the first Wednesday of the month, has been rescheduled from the 1st (New Years Day), to the following Tuesday, January 7th, 2014.

Notices were already posted in the effected buildings, but the 3840s and 3850s will be without heat from approximately 7am to 5pm today. There should be residual heat in the system. They will also be without hot water from approximately 9am to 5pm.

This is for emergency repairs to a significant portion of the hot water and heating pipes running to these buildings.

Please remember, space heaters are both fire hazards and major strains to our electrical system, and thus are not permitted for use on the property.
