Sprinkler Inspection Today

Today the condo’s sprinkler systems are undergoing an inspection. The interference should be minimal, however there may be some alarms that go off when they test the flow switches.

A notice was posted in each building, however this was incorrectly labeled as fire alarm testing.

Fire alarm testing is scheduled to occur on the 20th, naturally there will be alarms during that testing, which you can disregard, however if you smell smoke, see flames, or notice any other signs of a fire, do call 911 immediately.

Status Update Regarding the Dig Outside 3850/3852

As I’m sure you’ve noticed, the backhoe used to dig up and fill the hole outside of 3850/3852 has been on property much longer than originally intended. Unfortunately, the cold weather has frozen the ground, making it uncooperative and difficult to work with. While the hole has been filled and covered, it is a little unsightly (and very lumpy). Once the weather thaws a bit, hopefully by early March, the landscaper will smooth it out, tamp it down, and seed it (as well as seed the ground where the electrical wires were run).

We appreciate your understanding as we continue working to improve the overall appearance and functionality of Grand Bel Manor.
