- Introduction of board and board members.
- Introduction of residents.
- Approval of the May 31, 2011 meetings. (Action Item)
- Recently Completed Improvements –
- Replaced Concrete driveway apron on Grand Pre Rd.
- Concrete curb cut installed in sidewalk by 3800 dumpster.
- New sub-meters installed on the make up water lines for the HVAC system and domestic water systems.
- Installation of new fans in laundry rooms that are quieter and better quality.
- New decals on front doors & side lights
- Ongoing improvements – laundry rooms
- Cricket is watering new plantings so they don’t die
- Painting of walls and removal of stains in laundry, storage & bike rooms.
- Concrete curb beside 3840 that was filled in with asphalt is being replaced with concrete.
- Concrete curb being installed behind 3810 where asphalt was used to make
- a repair.
- Trees are having dead wood removed and being treated for disease. (Action Item)
- All electrical systems have been tested and monitored (PSE OHM Testing today) (Action Item)
- All roofs are being evaluated for replacement and preventive maintenance. (Action Item)
