The 2011-2012 Budget Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 31, 2011 @ 7:00 pm. We apologize for the discrepancy in the mailing.

All residents are encouraged to review the information packet that was mailed to them and to attend the meeting to better understand our financial situation and our plan to move forward in the coming year.

Edit: I forgot to add that for those of you who arrive early, if you haven’t yet gotten your pool passes Barbara will be available to do so, however we still strongly encourage that if possible you pick them up Saturday or Sunday.

Pool Opening & Passes (May 28th)

I’m sorry for the late notice, but Fairways (the pool is owned and operated by Fairways, we have access through an arrangement with them) only notified us this week.

The pool will open for the summer on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 1:00 P.M., and close at 7:30 P.M.

Monday – Friday: The Pool will be closed

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays open from: 11:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Closing Day – September 5, 2011 – open from 11:30 am to 6pm.

 

Barbara Shea, our property manager, will be on the property Saturday and Sunday (May 28th and 29th) from 10-2 (presumably outside the boiler room) for you to get your passes. Please note that only units in good standing will obtain pool passes. You may also visit Shea Managements office during normal business hours to obtain your passes.

Temporary A/C Shutoff

Sorry for the late notice, but as a leak was discovered in the closed loop A/C water line near 3840. For repairs to be made the A/C will be temporarily shut down and drained around 2PM, Monday, May 23rd. It will be brought back on line at approximately 1PM Tuesday, May 24th.

We regret the inconvenience and hope no more leaks are discovered during the summer.
