In preparation for the summer, the heating will be shut down this Thursday, April 21st. The AC will be turned on the following Wednesday, April 27th.
Please adjust your thermostats accordingly.
Edit: It appears the switch may not occur until the 29th do to scheduling conflicts. Look for a new post as well as notices near the entrances between the 28th and the 29th. Sorry for the confusion.

On Thursday, March 3rd, 2011 we are having a new chiller and cooling tower installed, unfortunately this means the installers will need to have access to the parking lot in front of the boiler room, as such the parking lot in front of the boiler room must be cleared by 6:00 AM that morning.
I realize this is an inconvenience to some of you, but hopefully you understand why it’s necessary. As you should all know, our previous chiller was severely damaged during a storm last summer. While we could have opted to simply repair it, considering it’s age the board felt it best to use the insurance money to put towards a new, more efficient, and over all much better cooling system.
Trust me, you’ll be grateful for this once that summer heat hits!
