Please be aware, as was stated in the earlier mailing, the old parking hangtags have now expired. Please be sure to hang your new hangtags in your car to avoid being towed. If you haven’t yet gotten your tags please be sure your account is current and you have no outstanding violations and you can pick up your tags at Shea Management (6917 Arlington Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814). If you’re unsure about the status of your account you may call them at 301-986-4166.

Wednesday, October 15th, 2014, we are switching over to heat. Please adjust your thermostat accordingly so that it is no longer set in the “Cool” position!

Thankfully notices were posted to the bulletin boards, as this almost slipped my mind. The A/C has been turned off for the fall/winter season. The board of directors will make a decision regarding when to switch to heat based on weather conditions. Notices will be posted at that time.
