Possible Water Shut-Off Dates have been posted to the bulletin boards in every building for a few weeks now, but if you want to have the dates readily accessible, you can access a copy of the bulletin here!

As in the past, the second Tuesday of every month is reserved for any plumbing work that requires the water to a unit be shut off.

If you require a shut-off, please notify Ron Levergood (301-871-2881) or Shea Management (301-986-4166) and leave a message, at least one week in advance OR THE WATER WILL NOT BE SHUT OFF!

Please be prepared to provide the name and number of your licensed and insured plumber.

They’re calling for a wintery mix late tonight into early tomorrow morning, so I thought it would be appropriate to take a moment to advise you all to be extra careful each morning.

Our contracted snow removal service, Cricket, will be out early tomorrow morning (between 6 and 7am) spreading ice melt along the steps and entranceways. You are strongly encouraged to hold on to the railings as an added precaution, and to watch your step as you make your way about the property. Please also take extra caution when driving your vehicles in and out of the lot, and in general when the weather is rough.

Tonight’s mix is expected to turn to rain later in the day, but it can always freeze again later!
