My apologies for the short notice (though you all should have gotten a notice in the mail several weeks ago), but there is a Board Meeting on Thursday, May 27th, at 7:30 PM, in the #3842 File Room to discuss and approve the 2011 operating budget.

All residents are encouraged to attend.

Shooting on 3800 block of Bel Pre Road

According to The Washington Examiner Montgomery County police claim a 30 year old man was shot early Sunday morning and seriously injured.

The shooter was described by police as a Hispanic man of medium stature.

Anyone with information is asked to call Montgomery County police at 240-773-5530.

  • Discuss snow removal and its impact on Grand Bel Manor including landscaping, trash removal, and potential building damage.
  • Review FiOS contract and recommend comment period prior to voting
  • Review No-Smoking Rule and recommend comment period prior to voting
  • Discuss and approve magnets which include important contact numbers
  • Discuss and approve Laundry washer and dryers
  • Discuss and approve cleaning contract
  • Discuss and approve training methodologies and set training dates
  • Set date for next meeting
